Pravélune™ Return & Refund Policy

Every Pravélune™ formula is intentionally crafted using carefully selected ingredients and manufactured to high-quality standards. Because skincare is a personal care product and hygiene is our priority, we have established the following policy to protect the safety, integrity, and satisfaction of every customer.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

If you have any questions before placing your order, our Customer Care Team is happy to help you choose products that best support your individual skin goals.

14-Day Return Policy

We gladly accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be unopened and unused.
  • Remain in their original packaging with all safety seals intact.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Hygiene & Safety

To protect the integrity of our products and the well-being of every customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products with broken safety seals
  • Complimentary samples
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or clearance items

This policy ensures every Pravélune™ customer receives products that have never been opened or compromised.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the shipping package
  • A brief description of the issue

After review, we will gladly provide, where appropriate:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund.

Our goal is to resolve any issue as quickly and professionally as possible.

Skin Compatibility

Every individual's skin is unique and may respond differently to cosmetic ingredients.

For this reason, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Allergic reactions
  • Individual skin sensitivities
  • Skin purging
  • Personal preference
  • Products that do not meet individual expectations

We recommend performing a 24-hour patch test before introducing any new skincare product into your routine.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled only before they enter processing.

Once an order has been prepared for shipment, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process your refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The incorrect product was shipped.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product is confirmed to be defective.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service.
