We carefully package every Pravélune™ order to ensure your products arrive safely and in excellent condition.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.
Shipping Within Canada
Estimated delivery times:
- Saskatchewan: 1–3 business days
- Western Canada: 2–5 business days
- Eastern Canada: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, weather conditions, courier delays, or high shipping volumes may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience in these situations.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned because of an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
